About Me
I am currently pursuing a BCom at the University of Sydney. On the side I explore my passion of exercise physiology by coaching a limited number of clients to help them reach their cycling potential. I concentrate in retrieving and analysing blood lactate samples and power data to model an athlete's metabolic profile (in particular LT1 and LT2). I also consider other variables such as heart rate and Vo2 max lab results to tailor a training programme that considers your goals in conjunction with what is physiologically optimal for you.
I heavily subscribe to the Norwegian-method of intensity control, but also understand that aerobic training at a club level must be fun and enjoyable.
While not coaching, I'm likely pursuing my finance degree in Camperdown, Sydney or tucked away at home playing online chess on lichess.org where I am ranked 1675 in Classical.
